Who we are

This website is run by PT Lembaga Energi Indonesia (LEIN Power), Sequis Center Lt. 3, Jl. Jenderal Sudirman No. 71, Senayan, Jakarta Selatan 12190.

What we collect

When you send the quote form: your name, company, email, phone number, city or area, the type of project, your PLN connection and monthly bill if you give them, and your message.

When you send your results from the solar calculator: your name, mobile number, email, your house location if you give it, and your answers and results, such as your city, PLN connection, bill, roof, your appliances and the ones you want on backup.

When you contact us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email: the details you choose to share.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, for security.

This website does not use cookies or tracking.

The office map picture on the Contact page is served by this website. The interactive map comes from OpenStreetMap: it loads only when you choose to show it, and OpenStreetMap then receives your IP address under its own privacy policy.

Why we use it

To reply to your request, arrange a survey, prepare a proposal and follow it up.

We do not sell your data, and we do not send you marketing you have not asked for.

Legal basis

Your consent, which you give when you send the form or your calculator results or contact us, and the steps you ask us to take before a contract, under Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection.

Who can see it

Our sales and engineering team. Form messages and calculator results pass through our hosting provider (Hostinger) and our email provider (Zoho).

How long we keep it

Form messages and calculator results are kept for up to 12 months. When a request becomes a project, the project records are kept as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Email us at sales at leinpower.com.
